FAQ
Frequently asked questions
Is it an X-LIVE (XLive) converter?
Yes. It converts the multichannel WAV files that the X32 and WING X-LIVE (XLive, X_LIVE) card records into one WAV file per track, ready to drop into your DAW.
Does it handle 64-channel WING recordings?
Yes. 32- and 64-channel recordings are detected automatically and split per channel.
What about recordings larger than 4 GB?
X-LIVE splits long recordings into separate files because of the FAT32 limit (00000001.WAV, 00000001_1.WAV …). MultiWav Splitter joins them in order and exports one continuous track.
Windows is blocking the installer.
In the SmartScreen warning, click "More info", then "Run anyway".
