Welcome to MusicKit.app ("we," "our," or "us"). By downloading, purchasing, or using our software (including MultiWav Splitter), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Upon purchase, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable lifetime license to use the software. A single license key may be activated on up to two (2) personal computers owned by you. You may not resell, distribute, or share your license key with others.
We offer a 14-day free trial for our desktop software so you can fully evaluate its features before purchasing. Because of this evaluation period, all sales are generally considered final. However, if you experience unresolvable technical issues, refund requests will be handled on a case-by-case basis through our payment processor, Lemon Squeezy.
All software, website content, and branding associated with MusicKit.app are the intellectual property of Jaeseung Baek and are protected by applicable copyright laws.
Our tools are provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. In no event shall MusicKit.app be liable for any data loss (including audio files), corrupted projects, or business interruptions arising from the use of our software. Please always ensure you have backups of your original audio files.
